Uploading activity logs fails.

Please check the following things when uploading activity logs fails.

  • Make sure that you sign in to your account. Sign-in is required to upload logs to XON Cloud. See this page for sign-in details.

The map is not shown in the app.

To show the map in the app, RIDE-1 must be able to receive GPS signals.

There may be cases where RIDE-1 cannot receive GPS signals such as in a steep valley or between tall buildings. Please relocate to another place and try again.

The serial number of RIDE-1 is not listed in the app.

The serial number should be listed on the “Select device” page of the app when making a connection between RIDE-1 and the RIDE-1 app.

There may be cases where the serial number is not listed in the app. Please check the following guide if a similar problem happens.

  • Make sure that RIDE-1 is powered on.
  • Re-check your RIDE-1’s serial number. To check the serial number, see this link.
  • Power off your smartphone and reboot and check if the problem is solved.

If you can not solve the problem

Please contact our support team (support-global@cerevo.com) and include the following information.

  • That your serial number is not displayed on “Select device”page.
  • That you have already tried to power off and reboot your smartphone but the problem was not resolved.

 

RIDE-1 does not power on.

RIDE-1 should turn on after pressing the main button for 3 seconds.
There may be cases where RIDE-1 does not respond even if pressing the main button.

Please check the following guide if a similar problem happens.

  • Make sure your RIDE-1 is charged. See this link for charging details.
  • Try to force reset and reboot and check if the problem is resolved.

If you can not solve the problem

Please contact our support team (support-global@cerevo.com) and include the following information.

  • That your RIDE-1 does not turn on.
  • That you have already checked battery charge and tried a force reset but the problem was not resolved.

Can you use RIDE-1 without an internet connection?

RIDE-1 connects to the internet to perform the following actions.

  • Updating firmware
  • Uploading activity logs to XON Cloud

If there is no internet connection available, RIDE-1 cannot perform these actions.
