About video files
- Make sure the camera time is set correctly.
- If the camera is UTC time, please check “Load as UTC time”.
Select the correct shooting time displayed on the right side when selecting the file. - Movies that has been processed or format converted can not be synchronized with LOG-1 because the encoding time will have changed.
About LOG-1 data files
- Have you imported the LOG-1 data on your PC already? If you haven’t, check here.
- Did you set the time of LOG-1 before shooting? If you didn’t, check here.
- If you edited the LOG-1 data file, you can not use it with the application.
If you select multiple videos
- Are the multiple selected videos consecutive?
* Only videos that are made by one recording operation, you can use them as one movie by selecting them all at once.
