In normal use, the device ID will be displayed after connecting LOG-1 to a PC and clicking the “Scan Device” button.
There may be cases where the message “Device was not found” is displayed after connecting LOG-1 to PC.
Please check the following guide if a similar problem happens.
- Make sure that the USB cable connector is fully inserted.
- Check here and perform a force termination, click the “Scan Device” button again.
