The serial number should be listed on the “Select device” page of the app when making a connection between RIDE-1 and the RIDE-1 app.
There may be cases where the serial number is not listed in the app. Please check the following guide if a similar problem happens.
- Make sure that RIDE-1 is powered on.
- Re-check your RIDE-1’s serial number. To check the serial number, see this link.
- Power off your smartphone and reboot and check if the problem is solved.
If you can not solve the problem
Please contact our support team (support-global@cerevo.com) and include the following information.
- That your serial number is not displayed on “Select device”page.
- That you have already tried to power off and reboot your smartphone but the problem was not resolved.
