RIDE-1 should turn on after pressing the main button for 3 seconds.
There may be cases where RIDE-1 does not respond even if pressing the main button.
Please check the following guide if a similar problem happens.
- Make sure your RIDE-1 is charged. See this link for charging details.
- Try to force reset and reboot and check if the problem is resolved.
If you can not solve the problem
Please contact our support team (support-global@cerevo.com) and include the following information.
- That your RIDE-1 does not turn on.
- That you have already checked battery charge and tried a force reset but the problem was not resolved.
